Reference for Hussrooms (Clark (EARLY ACCESS) - Huss rooms) controls on Roblox. Because Captain Clark hunts by sound, your keybinds are a noise-discipline decision, not just preference â a flashlight key you bump by accident or a sprint held too long are common ways runs end.
Hussrooms is in Early Access and the developer has not published an official control map. The bindings below are current-build defaults gathered from the live game and reliable guides, not permanent specs â verify in the in-game Settings menu, and expect changes between patches.
Movement
| Action | Default |
|---|---|
| Walk | W A S D |
| Sprint | Left Shift (hold) |
Sprint is a resource tied to stamina, not a free movement mode â and it produces the exact noise profile Clark tracks. Walk by default; sprint only with a reason (a confirmed exit within reach, a cleared path called out, no other option). There is no crouch control in the current build â quiet movement means walking, not crouch-walking.
Interact & light
| Action | Default |
|---|---|
| Interact / open door / pick up | E (Roblox default) |
| Toggle flashlight | Tool key (often F) |
The flashlight is a toggle (click on, click off), not a hold-to-light button â and it's the single most dangerous button in the game. The click is a sharp sound Clark can lock onto, and battery drains with use. Use short taps to sweep corners rather than a held beam.
Communication
Voice chat is not supported. The official Roblox game page lists Voice Chat as Not Supported for Hussrooms, so there's no push-to-talk key to bind â Clark can't hear you because you can't speak in-game. Squad coordination happens through Roblox text chat or an external voice app (Discord) outside the game.
Some third-party wikis describe proximity voice and push-to-talk as a core mechanic. That contradicts the official listing â treat it as unverified.
Mobile controls
Hussrooms runs on Roblox mobile (iOS / Android). On mobile, touch buttons replace WASD and Shift: a virtual thumbstick on the left for movement and context-sensitive buttons on the right for interact, sprint, and the flashlight toggle. The key adjustment is camera-look sensitivity â keep it manageable so you can check behind you cleanly without overshooting. Test your touch zones in the lobby before the server locks.
Controller & console
Controller support and a console (Xbox / PlayStation) release are not confirmed for Hussrooms' Early Access build â the developer hasn't documented either, and the game currently targets PC and mobile. If you play on a PC controller, Roblox's default gamepad mapping usually applies, but expect to rebind in Settings. Treat any "console controls" guide as speculation until the developer confirms a console version.
Recommended settings
- Audio on headphones, not speakers. Hearing Clark's patrol cues early is the core survival skill â speakers muddle direction.
- Lower mouse / camera sensitivity. Smooth, deliberate camera movement keeps you aware of corridors without whipping around.
- Brightness up slightly. A touch of extra brightness extends the distance you can see without spending flashlight battery.
- Rebind the flashlight away from keys you fat-finger. An accidental flashlight click in a quiet corridor is a common way Clark finds you.
Why keybinds matter here
In most games, controls are personal preference. In Hussrooms, your keybinds are a survival decision â every key makes sound, and sound is what Clark follows. Set up quiet, deliberate binds before your first real escape attempt.
